We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GLS Displays. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a refund or cancellation in accordance with the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for products returned within 3 days of purchase in their original, unused condition. Custom orders and digital products are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Items that are damaged, used, or returned after the 8-day period are not eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.
